PEKANBARU, detak24com – Pria berinisial SM (27) diringkus Polsek Tenayan Raya lantaran terlibat curanmor di sebuah warnet Jalan Imam Munandar, Pekanbaru.
Menurut Kanit Reskrim Polsek Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru, Iptu Dodi Vivino, Jumat (15/12/23), pelaku curanmor itu dicokok petugas saat berada di rumahnya Jalan Mangga Besar, Gang Pinang, Kelurahan Tangkerang Timur, Kecamatan Tenayan Raya, Senin (11/12/23).
Ia mengatakan, aksi pencurian tersebut terjadi pada Sabtu (28/10/23) dinihari lalu, sekitar pukul 02.00 WIB di sebuah warnet Jalan Imam Munandar.
“Dimana pada saat itu korban sedang bermain di Warnet Neo Net dan memarkirkan sepeda motor Merk Honda Beat BM 3873 NP miliknya di parkiran warnet tersebut,” kata Dodi.
Saat korban hendak pulang korban tidak lagi menemukan sepeda motor miliknya di tempat semula.
“Korban kemudian berusaha mencari sepeda motornya tersebut, namun tidak menemukannya dan melaporkan peristiwa yang dialaminya ke Polsek Tenayan Raya guna pengusutan lebih lanjut,” ungkapnya.
Usai menerima laporan korban, petugas kemudian melakukan serangkaian penyelidikan dan mengetahui siapa pelaku pencurian sepeda motor tersebut. Alhasil pelaku berhasil dibekuk oleh petugas.
Saat diinterogasi, di hadapan petugas pelaku mengakui semua perbuatannya, sementara sepeda motor milik korban telah dijual pelaku kepada seorang penadah yang saat ini masih diburu petugas.
“Pelaku mengaku telah melakukan pencurian sepeda motor di warnet tersebut dan barang hasil curian tersebut sudah dijual kepada seorang penadah, kemudian hasilnya dipergunakan untuk membeli narkotika,” tegasnya.
Saat ini, pelaku beserta barang bukti sudah diamankan di Mapolsek Tenayan Raya guna menjalani pengembangan selanjutnya. Atas perbuatannya pelaku dijerat dengan pasal 363 KUHPidana dengan ancaman hukuman 5 tahun penjara, dikutip detak24com dari CAKAPLAH. (*/berita)
