SISWI SMP di Tapung Hulu Jadi Korban Nafsu Biadab Paman, Ngaku 10 Kali Dicabuli

TAPUNG, detak24com – Seorang pria berinisial MA (38) warga Kecamatan Tapung Hulu ditangkap Polsek Tapung Hulu usai terima laporan dari bibi korban bahwa ponakannya H (14) dicabuli pamannya.
Informasi dirangkum di Mapolsek Tapung Hulu, Sabtu (16/09/23), tersangka dibekuk pada Jumat (15/09/23) sekira pukul 09.00 WIB pagi. Polisi menangkap di sesaat setelah menerima laporan kasus itu.
“Sebelumnya korban menceritakan kepada bibinya S (37) bahwa ia telah dicabuli oleh tersangka. “Sebanyak 10 kali korban dicabuli dan dilakukan dalam kamar rumah korban tengah malam,” jelas Kapolsek Tapung Hulu, AKP Nurman.
Awal terbongkarnya kasus pencabulan ini, kata Kapolsek, pada Jumat (15/09/23) pagi. Saat itu S (pelapor) mendapatkan informasi bahwasanya korban telah mengakui kepada MU bahwa ia telah dicabuli oleh pamannya.
Mendapat informasi tersebut, S langsung menemui korban dan mencari kebenaran kejadian itu. “Korban mengakui bahwa dirinya sudah dicabuli oleh pamannya tersebut,” terangnya.
Setelah itu, S langsung melaporkan kejadian ke Polsek Tapung Hulu. “Korban langsung kita visum dan proses hukum selanjutnya,” tambahnya.
Setelah barang bukti lengkap dan pemeriksaan lengkap terhadap saksi-saksi, hari itu juga pelaku ditangkap di rumahnya. Pelaku saat diinterogasi dan mengaku telah mencabuli korban sebanyak 10 kali.
“Barang bukti yang berhasil diamankan yaitu baju dan celana korban. Pelaku kita jerat dengan pasal 81 Ayat (3) Undang Undang Nomor 17 tahun 2016 tentang tentang Perlindungan Anak,” tegas Kapolsek. (riauterkini)
