MELANGKAH ke Senayan, HM Wardan Mundur dari Bupati Inhil
PEKANBARU, detak24com – Bupati Inhil HM Wardan mengajukan surat pengunduran diri untuk mengikuti Pemilihan Legislatif (Pileg) DPR RI. Surat pengunduran diri tersebut ditujukan kepada pimpinan DPRD Inhil tertanggal 14 September 2023 lalu.
Seperti diketahui, HM Wardan sudah tercatat sebagai Daftar Pemilihan Sementara (DCS) dari Partai Golkar melalui Daerah Pemilihan (Dapil) II.
Di Dapil II ini tercatat sejumlah nama besar menjadi lawan politik Wardan untuk berpacu menuju Senayan. Mereka adalah nomor urut DCS satu atas nama Muhammad Idris Laena. Kedua Triana Krisandini. Keempat Yulisman serta kelima HM Wardan.
Dalam surat pengunduran diri tersebut, dituliskan guna memenuhi peraturan Pemerintahan Nomor 32 Tahun 2018 tentang tata cara pengunduran diri dalam pencalonan anggota DPR RI, DPRD, Presiden dan Wakil Presiden.
Selain itu juga HM Wardan juga menjelaskan bahwa surat pengunduran diri sehubungan dengan pencalonan dirinya sebagai calon anggota DPR-RI pada pemilu 2024. Hesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintahan Nomor 32 Tahun 2018 Pasal 2 dan Pasal 5 dan PKPU Nomor 10 Tahun 2023 Pasal 14.
“Maka dengan ini saya mengajukan pengunduran diri sebaga Bupati Indaragiri Hilir Periode 2018-2023, berkaitan dengan hal tersebut maka mohon untuk dapat diproses pengunduran diri saya sebagai Bupati Indargiri Hilir sesuai Peraturan Perundang- undangan yang berlaku,” bunyi surat itu.
Surat pengunduran diri itu juga ditembuskan kepada Menteri Dalam Negeri Republik Indonesia (Mendagri) di Jakarta. Kemudian Gubernur Riau serta Sekretaris DPRD Inhil di Tembilahan.
Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Kepala Pemerintahan dan Otonomi Daerah (Pem dan Otda (Otda) Setdaprov Riau Ely Wardhani saat dikonfirmasi mengaku belun menerima surat tembusan tersebut.
“Saya belum cek. Nanti Senin saya cek lagi . Karena surat inikan diajukan tanggal 14 September,” imbuhnya. (Riauterkini)
