TIGA Tersangka, Polres Dumai Limpahkan Kasus Sabu 125 Kg dan Uang 3,3 Miliar ke Jaksa

DUMAI, detak24com – Tim penyidik Polres Dumai melakukan tahap II (pelimpahan tersangka dan BB) kasus narkotika dan pencucian uang kepada penuntut Kejari.
Tiga orang tersangkanya berinisial TT (35) warga Jalan Pangeran Diponegoro Dumai, R dan AS. Tersangka R dan AS diduga bekerjasama dengan tersangka TT dalam bisnis peredaran gelap narkotika dengan barang bukti 125 Kg sabu dan uang tunai Rp 3, 319 miliar.
Data dirangkum di Mapolres Dumai, Sabtu (16/09/23), pelimpahan tahap II tersebut dilakukan di Kejari Dumai pada Kamis (14/09/23). Kapolres Dumai AKBP Dhovan Oktavianton melalui Kasat Narkoba Iptu Mardiwel menjelaskan, penyerahan tersangka dan barang bukti tersebut ditandai dengan penandatangan berita acara oleh penyidik dan JPU.
“Dengan dilimpahkannya tersangka dan barang bukti ke Kejaksaan Negeri Dumai, maka tanggungjawab selanjutnya berada di tangan JPU,” ujar Iptu Mardiwel dalam press rilisnya.
Daftar BB yang Dilimpahkan
Berikut daftar BB yang dilimpahkan penyidik Satresnarkoba Polres Dumai kepada Penuntut Umum Kejari Dumai
a. Lima karung plastik pembungkus sabu 125 Kg, yang setiap karungnya berjumlah 25 bungkus, dengan total keseluruhannya sebanyak 125 bungkus, dengan rincian merk 99 Durien warna orange sebanyak 56 bungkus, merk teh cina Guanyinwang warna kuning sebanyak 19 bungkus, serta merk COOL 666 warna biru sebanyak 50 bungkus.
b. Satu unit mobil Toyota Avanza warna hitam BM 1649 FY.
c. Sepasang sendal merk Pakalolo warna hitam.
d. Satu unit handphone android Merk Oppo warna biru dongker.
e. Satu unit handphone merk Nokia warna hitam.
f. Uang tunai Rp 3 juta.
g. Satu unit handphone android Merk Oppo warna biru dongker.
h. Satu unit handphone android Merk Xiaomi warna hitam.
i. Satu unit sepeda motor Kawasaki Ninja tanpa plat nomor.
j. Satu buah buku tabungan BRI an. SURIA KARTONO.
k. Satu buah buku tabungan Tahapan BCA an. SURIA KARTONO.
l. Satu unit handphone android merk Samsung warna biru dongker.
m. Satu) unit handphone android merk Samsung Fold warna gold.
n. Satu exemplar ekening koran Bank BRI dengan nomor rekening 0159-01-001676-56-6 an. Suria Kartono.
o. Satu lembar fotocopy tanda bukti penarikan uang tunai Rp 3,319 miliar dengan nomor rekening 0159-01-001676-56-6 an. Suria Kartono.
p. Uang tunai Rp 3,319 miliar.
q. Dua lembar rekening koran Bank BCA nomor rekening 8085378861.
r. Empat lembar rekening koran atas nama SUSANTO Bank BRI dengan nomor rekening 05600104045850.
s. Satu lembar STNK Toyota Avanza BM 1649 FY An. ASIAH
t. Satu buah BPKB Toyota AVANZA nomor polisi BM 1649 FY An. ASIAH.
u. Satu lembar rekening koran Bank MANDIRI dengan nomor rekening 172-00-0262871-9 an. ABD. SYUKUR.
Tersangka R dan AS diduga bekerjasama dengan tersangka TT dalam bisnis peredaran gelap narkotika. Tersangka R dan AS ditangkap oleh personil Polres Dumai pada hari Rabu tanggal 31 Mei 2023 di sebuah rumah di Jalan Nelayan Laut Kelurahan Pangkalan Sesai Kecamatan Dumai Barat Kota Dumai.
Sebelumnya, mereka berhasil melarikan diri dari Personil Polres Dumai pada hari Senin tanggal 22 Mei 2023, saat ditangkap di pinggir pantai Marambung Kelurahan Teluk Makmur Kecamatan Medang Kampai, Dumai.
Pada saat melarikan diri, tersangka R dan AS meninggalkan mobil merek Toyota Avanza yang dikendarai kedua tersangka. Selanjutnya, personil Polres Dumai menemukan barang bukti sabu 124,999,8 gram (125 Kg) dalam mobil. Barbuk narkoba tersebut dikemas dalam 5 karung plastik putih. (hmspol)
