BENGKALIS, detak24com – Penangkapan narkoba di Bengkalis terbaru 2023, kali ini polisi mencokok seorang pengedar saat nginap pada sebuah hotel di Jalan Jenderal Sudirman.
Polres Bengkalis berhasil mengungkap dugaan peredaran tindak pidana barang perusak saraf jenis narkotika di salah satu hotel di Jalan Jenderal Sudirman Bengkalis. Tindak pidana ini melibatkan seorang tersangka inisial DS (45), warga Kecamatan Sukajadi, Pekanbaru.
Tersangka Dwi ditangkap karena melanggar Pasal 114 ayat (1) jo Pasal 112 ayat (1) Undang-undang RI No. 35 tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika. Penangkapan ini atas laporan masyarakat, terkait gerak-gerik mencurigakan seorang pria yang memasuki hotel di kawasan Jalan Jenderal Sudirman Bengkalis.
Kapolres Bengkalis AKBP Setyo Bimo Anggoro melalui Kasat Resnarkoba AKP Tony Armando, Sabtu (07/10/23) menyebutkan, tersangka ditangkap pada Rabu (4/10/23) sekitar pukul 16.00 WIB.
“Setelah mendapat laporan dari masyarakat, hasil penyelidikan mengarah pada penggerebekan dan penangkapan seorang tersangka DS di sebuah hotel Jalan Jendral Sudirman Bengkalis,” ujarnya.
Selain tersangka Dwi, petugas juga menyita barang bukti, antara lain 1 paket plastik yang diduga berisikan perusak saraf narkotika jenis sabu seberat 2 gram, 9 dan setengah butir pil ekstasi, 3 butir pil H5, serta HP.
“Tersangka DS bersama barang bukti sudah diamankan dan dibawa ke Mapolres Bengkalis untuk proses penyidikan lebih lanjut. Hasil tes urine positif metamphetamin dan amphetamin,” pungkasnya dikutip dari riauterkini. ***
