ROHUL, detak24com – Tim Opsnal Polres Rohul menggaruk seorang perempuan pemilik kedai kopi inisial TI (28) di Jalan Lingkar KM 4 Desa Sukamaju, Kecamatan Rambah. Selain berkedai, ternyata emak-emak itu nyambi jadi mucikari.
Dalam aksinya, pemilik warung esek-esek berkedok warung kopi di Jalan Lingkar KM 4 Desa Sukamaju, Kecamatan Rambah itu, menyediakan perempuan untuk layanan berhubungan badan, dengan syarat harus menyetorkan uang Rp 50 ribu kepadanya.
Terungkapnya aksi warung esek-esek berkedok kedai kopi itu pada Jumat (15/09/23) malam, Tim Unit Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak (UPPA) Sat Reskrim Polres Rohul mendapatkan informasi bahwa di salah satu kedai kopi di Jalan Lingkar Pasir Pengaraian, kerap terjadi tindak pidana perdagangan orang.
Menindaklanjuti informasi itu, Kasat Reskrim Polres Rohul AKP Raja Kosmos Parmulais memerintahkan unit PPA untuk lakukan penyelidikan.
Setelah dilakukan penyelidikan, didapati di warung kopi milik TI tersebut menyediakan seorang perempuan malam inisial ND (19). Setiap satu pelanggan, ND menyetor sebesar Rp 50 ribu kepada pemilik warung.
“Untuk mengungkap, maka dilakukan undercover dan penggerebekan. Dari praktik ini, TI mendapatkan keuntungan dari apa yang dilakukan anggotanya tersebut,” kata Kapolres Rohul AKBP Budi Setiyono melalui Kasubsi Humas Aipda Mardiono, Sabtu (16/09/23).
Selain mengamankan pelaku TI dan korban ND, polisi juga sita barang bukti berupa handpone dan uang Rp 100 ribu milik tersangka TI dan uang tunai Rp 150 ribu milik korban ND.
“Tersangka diamankan dan dijerat dengan Pasal 2 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 21 Tahun 2007 Tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Perdagangan Orang,” tegasnya. (CAKAPLAH)
