BERHASIL Keluar Penjara, Bupati Adil Ziarah di Makam Putrinya

PEKANBARU, detak24com – Bupati Adil ziarah di makam putrinya setelah berhasil keluar penjara. Ia dapat izin keluar dari Rutan Sialang Bungkuk Pekanbaru untuk sehari.
Kuasa Hukum Bupati Adil, Yuherman kepada wartawan Rabu (03/01/24) mengatakan, Bupati Kepulauan Meranti non aktif M Adil diizinkan keluar Rutan Kelas I Pekanbaru. M Adil meminta izin untuk berziarah ke pusara anak perempuannya yang meninggal dunia, Rabu (27/12/23) lalu.
“M Adil mendapatkan izin keluar rutan dari Pengadilan Tinggi (PT) Riau selama 1 hari. Izin diajukan ke PT Riau karena M Adil banding atas hukuman yang dijatuhkan majelis hakim Pengadilan Tipikor pada Pengadilan Negeri Pekanbaru,” ujarnya.
Dengan pendampingan petugas dari Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK), M Adil baru bisa ke Meranti, Selasa (02/01/24). Sejumlah personel kepolisian juga ikut mengawal kedatangan M Adil di Selatpanjang.
mengatakan kedatangan kliennya ke Meranti karena duka yang sedang dialami keluarganya. Anak kedua M Adil meninggal karena sakit.
Menurut Yuherman, setibanya di Selatpanjang pada Selasa siang, M Adil langsung ke pusara dan memanjatkan doa untuk anaknya.
“Dia (M Adil) hanya di pusara anaknya. Kebetulan pusara anaknya satu hamparan dengan rumahnya,” ujar Yuharman, Rabu (3/1/2024).
Karena hanya diberi waktu satu hari, usai ziarah dan bertemu keluarganya, M Adil langsung dibawa kembali ke Pekanbaru untuk menjalani masa hukuman.
“Tadi malam, langsung dibawa ke Pekanbaru. Malam itu juga langsung diantar petugas KPK ke Rutan (Kelas I Pekanbaru), Sialang Bungkuk,” jelas Yuherman.
Berdasarkan video yang beredar, terlihat Bupati Adil ziarah ke makam putrinya mengenakan kemeja putih lengan panjang, dilapisi rompi tahanan warna oranye. Sejumlah masyarakat terlihat menyambut dan menyalami M Adil.
Diketahui, majelis hakim Pengadilan Tipkor PN Pekanbaru menghukum M Adil dengan pidana penjara selama 9 tahun, denda Rp 600 juta subsider 6 bulan kurungan.
M Adil juga dihukum membayar uang pengganti Rp 17.821.923.078. Dengan ketentuan satu bulan setelah putusan inkrah, harta benda terdakwa disita dan dilelang untuk pengganti, jika tak mencukupi maka diganti kurungan selama 3 tahun.
Hukuman itu sama dengan tuntutan Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK. Hanya berbeda pada subsider uang pengganti yakni 5 tahun kurungan.
Atas vonis itu, M Adil telah menyatakan banding ke Pengadilan Tinggi Riau melalui Pengadilan Negeri Pekanbaru pada Jumat (22/12/23).
Sebelumnya, JPU dalam amar tuntutannya menyebut, M Adil melakukan tindak pidana korupsi pada 2022 hingga 2023, bersama Kepala Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) Kepulauan Meranti, Fitria Nengsih, dan auditor Badan Pemeriksaan Keuangan (BPK) M Fahmi Aressa.
Tindakan korupsi itu berupa, pemotongan 10 persen Uang Persediaan (UP) dan Ganti Uang (GU) kepada kepala organisasi Perangkat daerah (OPD) di lingkungan Pemkab Kepulauan Meranti.
Kedua, M Adil menerima suap dari Fitria Nengsih selaku kepala perwakilan PT Tanur Muthmainah Tour (TMT) di Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti sebesar Rp 750 juta. PT TMT merupakan perusahaan travel haji dan umrah yang memberangkatkan jemaah umrah program Pemkab Kepulauan Meranti.
Ketiga, M Adil bersama Fitria Nengsih pada Januari hingga April 2023, memberikan suap kepada auditor Badan Pemeriksaan Keuangan (BPK) perwakilan Riau, Muhammad Fahmi Aressa sebesar Rp 1 miliar lebih dengan maksud agar Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti dapat Opini Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian (WTP) 2022, dikutip detak24com dari CAKAPLAH.
