POLISI Tangkap Supir Kontainer di Area PT SDO Dumai, Ini Kasusnya!

DUMAI, detak24com – Unit Reskrim Polsek Sungai Sembilan menangkap supir kontainer warga Medan Sumut, di kawasan PT Sari Dumai Oleo (SDO) Jalan PU Lama Kelurahan Lubuk Gaung, Dumai.
Menurut Kapolsek Sungai Sembilan AKP Bonardo Purba, dikutip Kamis (14/12/23), supir kontainer tersebut berinisial MJ (59) warga Kelurahan Titipapan, Medan. Ia ditangkap pada Selasa, 12 Desember 2023 sekira pukul 10.00 WIB.
“Saat ditangkap, tersangka MJ membawa 51 gulungan copper tubing milik PT SDO. Kita juga mengamankan 1 lembar surat pengantar No. 000407 dan 1 unit mobil kontainer BK 8962 FA beserta STNK dan kunci kontak kendaraan,” ujarnya.
Kapolsek Sungai Sembilan mengatakan, pengungkapan tersebut bermula saat security PT SDO melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap supir kontainer yang dikemudikan oleh MJ. Security mendapati 51 gulung copper tubing dibawa dengan tanpa izin. Sehingga, mengakibatkan PT SDO rugi Rp 28,56 juta.
“Tersangka MJ dijerat Pasal 363 KUHP, dengan ancaman pidana penjara paling lama tujuh tahun,” tegas Kapolsek. (*/berita)
