KUBU KSP Moeldoko Klaim Demokrat Bakal Hancur, Ini Alasannya!
JAKARTA, detak24com – Senior Partai Demokrat kubu Kepala Staf Presiden (KSP) Moeldoko, Hencky Luntungan mengklaim Parpol besutan SBY itu akan hancur setelah MA menolak PK dualisme kepengurusan partai.
Hencky mengatakan putusan itu akan membuat perpecahan di Demokrat berlanjut. Hal itu akan berdampak ke perolehan suara di Pemilu Serentak 2024.
“Kondisi saat ini Partai Demokrat akan pecah dan akan hancur pada saat posisi pemilihan presiden, haqul yaqin saya turun suara,” kata Hencky saat dihubungi CNNIndonesia.com, dikutip Sabtu (12/08/23).
Hencky mengatakan tanpa konflik ini pun suara Demokrat terus menurun. Dia mengungkit capaian Demokrat di 2019 yang cuma di kisaran 7 persen.
Ia mengaku belum tahu apa yang akan dilakukan kubu Moeldoko untuk merespons putusan itu. Hencky menyerahkan hal itu ke Moeldoko dan Sekjen Partai Demokrat KLB Johnny Allen.
Dia pun menyampaikan rasa hormat atas putusan MA. Namun, ia masih yakin kepemimpinan Moeldoko di Partai Demokrat sebagai kepemimpinan yang sah.
“KLB yang terjadi di Medan itu adalah sah karena kami memiliki legal standing sebagai pendiri partai,” ujarnya.
Sebelumnya, MA menolak PK terhadap Surat Keputusan Menteri Hukum dan HAM (Menkumham) tentang kepengurusan Partai Demokrat. PK itu diajukan oleh Moeldoko, Ketua Umum Partai Demokrat versi KLB Deli Serdang.
Kisruh Demokrat bermula dari manuver sejumlah tokoh senior Demokrat di awal 2021. Mereka menggelar kongres luar biasa di Deli Serdang pada 5 Maret.
Melalui kongres itu, mereka menunjuk Kepala Staf Presiden Moeldoko sebagai ketua umum. Lalu politikus Demokrat Johnny Allen sebagai sekretaris jenderal.
Penunjukan dilakukan saat Demokrat telah dipimpin Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY). Mereka melakukan perlawanan balik melalui jalur hukum. Dua tahun berjalan, Moeldoko kembali bermanuver di meja hijau. Ia mengajukan permohonan PK terhadap penetapan kepengurusan Demokrat AHY.(cnnindonesia)
