MUDIK Lebaran, Polisi Pasang Kamera ETLE di Tol Pekanbaru Dumai
PEKANBARU, detak24com – Pihak kepolisian memasang kamera Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE) di Tol Pekanbaru Dumai untuk memantau pergerakan kendaraan memasuki masa mudik Lebaran.
Sejumlah pejabat dari Ditlantas Polda Riau telah meninjau ke lokasi titik yang nantinya akan dipasang kamera ETLE.
Kasat PJR Ditlantas Polda Riau, AKBP Budi Setiawan mengungkapkan, untuk sementara ini kamera ETLE yang terpasang berjumlah 1 unit. Nantinya, jumlah kamera akan ditambah sesuai kebutuhan.
“Pemasangan kamera ETLE di kilometer 33 gate Kandis Selatan, baru 1 titik. Ke depan nanti jumlahnya akan ditambah,” kata Budi, Kamis (6/4/2023).
Budi menyampaikan pertimbangan kenapa titik tersebut yang dipasang kamera ETLE untuk pertama kali di Tol Pekanbaru-Dumai.
“Karena ada 2 CCTV jalur A dan B di titik yang sama,” cakapnya.
Dalam rangka mudik Lebaran nanti dipaparkan Budi, pihaknya juga akan mendirikan pos pengamanan dan pos pelayanan di Tol Pekanbaru-Dumai.
“Nanti dari Polres Bengkalis, Siak, dan Dumai akan mendirikan pos pengamanan dan pos pelayanan,” ungkapnya.
Sementara itu, Budi menyatakan hingga saat ini pihaknya juga masih belum berencana untuk memasang kamera ETLE di Tol Pekanbaru
“Tol Pekanbaru Bangkinang untuk kamera ETLE nya belum dipasang, namun kita sudah ada rencana juga untuk memasangnya,” pungkasnya.(CAKAPLAH)
