PEKANBARU, detak24.com – Menteri Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Badan Pertanahan Nasional (ATR/BPN), Marsenal TNI (Purn) Hadi Tjahjanto memberikan sertifikat tanah hasil konsolidasi di Provinsi Riau dalam kunjungan ke Kota Pekanbaru, Kamis (16/02/23).
Pada kunjungan di Balai Serindit itu, Hadi mengapresiasi masyarakat Provinsi Riau. Terutama pihak-pihak yang telah merelakan tanahnya untuk fasilitas umum.
“Saya melihat di Riau ini banyak malaikat. Dari warga masyarakat banyak yang melaksanakan konsolidasi tanah merelakan tanahnya dipotong untuk kegiatan fasilitas sosial, fasilitas umum dan jalan. Ini dilakukan agar fasilitas umumnya dan infrastrukturnya rapi,” kata Hadi.
Sertifikat tanah yang diserahkan mantan Panglima TNI itu berjumlah 15 bidang, yang dilanjutkan dengan penyerahan sertifikat tanah barang milik negara yang terdiri dari aset Kemenhan sebanyak dua bidang, Polri satu bidang.
Kemudian, sertifikat aset Pemprov Riau satu bidang, Pemko Pekanbaru satu bidang, aset Pemkab Pelalawan satu bidang, dan Aset NU Riau satu bidang.
Ia juga berterimakasih kepada PT Bhumireksa Nusa Sejati yang memberikan 5.000 hektar tanahnya yang akan dimasukkan pada program redistribusi tanah.
Yakni pembagian lahan-lahan, yang dikuasai negara dan telah ditegaskan menjadi obyek landreform, kepada para petani penggarap yang memenuhi syarat ketentuan dalam PP Nomor 224 Tahun 1961.
“Apabila satu KK menerima dua hektar saja, akan ada 2.000 masyarakat yang menerima manfaatnya. Tapi saya ingatkan redistribusi tanah bukan hanya memberikan aset, tapi juga akses,” ucapnya.
“Maka kita minta PT itu supaya jadi bapak angkat, sehingga pemberdayaan masyarakatnya terlaksana. Jadi masyarakat bukan hanya menerima dan menjualnya,” tegasnya.(halloriau)
