“Pelaku AK juga berhasil kami amankan tanpa perlawanan. Saat diinterogasi, AK menunjukan keberadaan pelaku lainnya inisial H dan B di Jalan Hj. Muji. Bersama personel Polsek Tembilahan Hulu, dilakukan penangkapan terhadap H. Namun pelaku melakukan perlawanan berlari menyerang ke arah anggota menggunakan senjata tajam badik,” tuturnya.
Mendapat perlawanan, anggota melakukan tembakan peringatan namun pelaku tetap menyerang. Sehingga petugas memberi tindakan tegas menembak mati perampok.
“Pelaku inisial B juga melarikan diri, sehingga anggota mengeluarkan tembakan peringatan dan pelaku membalas dengan tembakan maut. Sehingga petugas terpaksa menembak mati tersangka,” terang Kapolres Inhil.
Kedua pelaku yang meninggal dibawa ke rumah sakit RSUD Tembilahan. Sementara para pelaku yang ditangkap di bawa ke Mapolres Inhil untuk mempertanggungjawabkan perbuatannya bersama barang bukti 1 pucuk senjata api rakitan dan sebilah badik.
“Pelaku dikenai pasal 365 KUHPidana tindak pencurian dengan Kekerasan dan terancam pidana 12 tahun penjara,” tegasnya.(riaulink)
