AKBP Dody Prawiranegara Dituntut 20 Tahun di Kasus Teddy Minahasa
JAKARTA, detak24com – Mantan Kapolres Bukittinggi AKBP Dody Prawiranegara dituntut 20 tahun penjara dan denda Rp2 miliar subsider 6 bulan kurungan dalam kasus narkoba Irjen Teddy Minahasa.
Jaksa penuntut umum (JPU) menilai Dody terbukti secara sah dan meyakinkan telah melakukan secara tanpa hak atau melawan hukum menjadi perantara dalam jual beli, menukar, atau menyerahkan narkotika jenis 1 yang beratnya lebih dari 5 gram. Ia bekerjasama dengan Irjen Teddy Minahasa.
“Menjatuhkan pidana terhadap terdakwa Dody Prawiranegara dengan pidana penjara selama 20 tahun dan denda Rp2 miliar subsider 6 bulan kurungan dikurangi masa kurungan yang telah dijalani,” ujar jaksa saat membacakan amar tuntutan di Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Jakarta Barat, Senin (27/03).
Dody dinilai terbukti melanggar Pasal 114 Ayat (2) Undang-undang RI Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika juncto Pasal 55 Ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP.
Jaksa turut mengungkapkan hal-hal yang memberatkan dan meringankan bagi Dody.
Hal memberatkan adalah Dody merupakan anggota polisi dengan jabatan Kapolres Bukittingi, tetapi terlibat dalam peredaran narkoba. Perbuatan Dody dinilai telah merusak kepercayaan kepada aparat penegak hukum, khususnya Polri.
Sementara hal meringankan, Dody yaitu mengakui dan menyesali perbuatannya.
Dody tak sendirian dalam kasus narkoba ini. Teddy Minahasa turut didakwa memperjualbelikan barang bukti sabu hasil sitaan Polres Bukittinggi sebanyak 5 kilogram.
Tindak pidana itu ikut melibatkan Kompol Kasranto, Aiptu Janto P. Situmorang, Linda Pujiastuti alias Anita, Muhammad Nasir, dan Syamsul Maarif.
Kasus ini bermula ketika Polres Bukittinggi mengungkap peredaran narkoba dan menyita barang bukti jenis sabu seberat 41,387 Kg pada 14 Mei 2022. Dody yang saat itu Kapolres Bukittinggi melaporkan kasus tersebut kepada Teddy Minahasa, yang saat itu menjabat kapolda Sumatra Barat.
Teddy Minahasa lantas memerintahkan Dody untuk membulatkan barang bukti sabu menjadi seberat 41,4 Kg, dan meminta agar Dody menukar sabu dengan tawas sebanyak 10 kg.
Sementara, Linda dituntut 18 tahun, Aiptu Janto 15 tahun, dan Syamsul Ma’arif 17 tahun.(CNN/dtc/okz)
