20 HEKTAR Lahan Gambut Bekas PT RRL Bengkalis Terbakar
BENGKALIS, detak24com – Karhutla terjadi di Desa Kembung Luar, Kecamatan Bantan, Kabupaten Bengkalis, Sabtu (18/03/23). Seluas 20 hektar lahan bekas PT RRL (Rimba Raya Lestari) hangus terbakar.
Menurut Kapolres Bengkalis, AKBP Setyo Bimo Anggoro mengungkapkan, pihaknya bersama tim gabungan telah berhasil melakukan pemadaman kebakaran hutan dan lahan (Karhutla) tersebut.
“Sudah berhasil kita padamkan Karhutla di Dusun Sungai Limau, Desa Kembung Desa Bantan, Tua, Kabupaten Bengkalis. Total 20 hektare yang terbakar,” kata Setyo, Ahad (19/03/23).
Adapun lahan yang terbakar bekas lahan PT RRL yang telah diserahkan kembali ke negara. Untuk kondisi lahan yang terbakar sendiri merupakan jenis tanah gambut.
“Kondisi lahan yang terbakar jenis tanah gambut. Lahan yang terbakar bekas lahan PT RRL. Dimana lahan tersebut sudah diserahkan kepada negara tahun 2020 lalu,” ungkapnya.
Karhutla tersebut sendiri juga terlacak melalui Aplikasi Dashboard Lancang Kuning dengan titik hotspot di Desa Kembung Luar, Kecamatan Bantan, Kabupaten Bengkalis, Jumat (27/3/2023) sekitar pukul 18.00 WIB.
Kepala Desa Kembung Luar bernama Jamaludin bersama warga berusaha mencari arah titik api. Saat dicari tidak ditemukan.
“Esok hari dilakukan pencarian dan menemukan titik api. Atas temuan itu dilaporkan kepada petugas dan tim gabungan berhasil memadamkan api,” pungkasnya.(CAKAPLAH)
