CPO PT IBP Tumpah ke Laut, Kasat Reskrim Polres Dumai Langsung Cek Lapangan
DUMAI, detak24com – Satreskrim Polres Dumai bersama Sat Pol Air Polres Dumai mengungkapkan hasil penyelidikan tumpahan CPO (crude palm oil) di dermaga PT IPB (Inti Benua Perkasatama) Kelurahan Lubuk Gaung, Kecamatan Sungai Sembilan, Jumat (17/03/23).
Kasat Reskrim Polres Dumai Iptu Bayu Ramadhan Effendi didampingi Kasat Pol Air Polres Dumai AKP Budi Rahmadi memimpin langsung pengusutan kasus berbahaya tersebut.
Tim juga didampingi Staf Humas PT Inti Benua Perkasatama, KBO Sat Reskrim Polres Dumai Iptu Suprizal, Kanit Tipidter Polres Dumai Ipda Hendra DM Hutagaol, dan Kasubsi PIDM Sihumas Polres Dumai Iptu Zaini Waluyo.
Disampaikan Iptu Bayu Ramadhan Effendi, sebelumnya telah dilakukan penyelidikan atas dugaan Pasal 82B Ayat (3) Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2022 tentang Cipta Kerja atas dugaan terjadinya tumpahan CPO di dermaga PT IBP.
